magicalflyingcow: suits-a-thon: This is the second year for the suitsathon. It’s basically a way to encourage people to watch the show Suits, a show about Harvey Specter hiring Mike Ross as his associate now that he’s a partner in his lawfirm. The secret is the Mike doesn’t really have a law degree and the two have to work around that. This year the suitsathon will run from June 10th-June 23rd, overlapping with the first and second episodes of season 2. (which premieres on June 14th) Anyone who participates will be sorted into 8 teams, each competing against each other to submit the most content including: fics, art, graphics, videos, etc.. The participants of the winning team will receive a mystery prize. The 3 people who submit the most content will also receive a prize. This year will also include 3 rounds of mock trials for teams to participate in. For each win, teams are awarded extra points to bring them closer to victory. This will also hopefully help suitors better understand how trials work. One more thing, if enough people sign up, a Suits season 1 on DVD will be added to the list of prizes (anyone who participates is eligible as long as you’re signed up).
