#can we talk about harvey this season #about how his control is fraying inch by painful inch with each passing episode #or rather how everything is slowly chipping away at his shield and everything underneath it is raw and bloody #because he’s not used to losing #let alone losing big #and he’s spent so much time with a gun to his head these days that he’s almost at option 146 #but the worst thing here is that the people who were supposed to be at his back (yes even louis) ended up working against him #donna out of sheer desperation and louis by overstepping the boundaries of their mutual antagonism #he’s finding out just how much control and trust he’s ceded to the people around him will return to bite him in the ass #because he just assumes they’ll adhere to his specific and strict and above all unspoken moral code once he does #it’s unrealistic but it’s harvey #you see it when he first meets travis tanner; he’s not wired to see things that way #and this scene isn’t just harvey being pissed off at louis for secretly recording his conversation with him and mike #it’s harvey furious at yet another betrayal #and he’s learning that he’s more alone in this than he ever thought #on an extremely shallow note: jfc corner me like that pls

#UGH UGH HARVEY YOU ARE A HOT MESS

#All of this. #I’m beyond loving Harvey’s story this season. #And the fact that his armor is breaking down. #And as much as Mike was worried about himself at the beginning of the season you can see how he’s become one of the only remaining consta… #As much as Mike sees some of the stuff as him getting Harvey’s grunt work it’s really a show of complete trust on Harvey’s part.

Let’s take a minute to appreciate the fact that Mike changed in the limo, and Harvey was right next to him, like, the whole time.

The fact that this “common sense” also allowed Harvey to know Mike’s measurements for said Tuxedo.

Mike being an idiot means he didn’t realize Harvey feeling him up for said measurements.
